We bake our cupcakes fresh every morning, and we recommend that you enjoy them on the day that you purchase them. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container and place on your counter out of direct sunlight.
Snack Cakes keep well for up to 3 days after purchase if properly cared for. To preserve freshness, ensure lid is on correctly and place in the fridge. Enjoy at room temperature by remove from the fridge half an hour before serving. Snack Cakes can also be put in the freezer for up to 1-month. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight the day before serving.
Macarons taste their best at room temperature or slightly chilled – the buttercream is soft, the ganache is creamy, and the shells are nice and chewy! Macarons will keep well for up to 4 days after purchase, though they do need a little special care! To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container. Remove from the fridge half an hour before serving.
Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from the bakery, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight in a cool area. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy buttercream.
