Hop into Easter baking with this sweet, beginner-friendly cake decorating class. In this hands-on workshop at our Head Office in Winnipeg, you’ll learn how to create a charming Mini Egg cake that’s perfect for your Easter table, and a design you’ll want to make year after year.
Jenna Rae will demonstrate step-by-step stacking and finishing your cake before demonstrating the techniques used to create the iconic speckled “robin’s egg” look. Once the basics are covered, it’s your turn! A stacked cake is ready for you to add that perfect coat of buttercream, splatter your cake, and complete your design with colourful mini eggs nestled into chocolate buttercream to bring your own festive flair to the final design.
